Booking -
You can message the Eclipse Ink Facebook page or send an email to Eclipseink20@gmail.com. Please do not call or text to book. Include in your email a reference of what you’re looking to have tattooed, a description of what you’re looking for, if you’d like it in black and grey or color, body location you’d like tattooed, approximate size and a picture of the area if it’s going around other tattoos. I draw my tattoo designs and don’t care to copy Pinterest or other internet images. I will customize a design that’s original to you. I do absolutely no drawing or designing until an appointment is booked and a deposit paid. You will receive a linework design (no shading or color) approximately 24-48 hours prior to your appointment. Do not request your design outside of this time. Minor adjustments are permitted; anything extensive or a full rework will require the appointment to be rescheduled. Linework designs are included in the price of your tattoo. If you require a fully rendered design, you will be charged 50.00$/hour drawing fee.
A 50.00$ non-refundable and non-transferable deposit is required on all bookings, no exceptions. The deposit is deducted from the total of your tattoo the day of your appointment. If you no show or provide less than 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your deposit covers the time lost. If you no call/no show you will not be rescheduled at all. Once a deposit is paid you will receive a booking confirmation via text of the date and time of your appointment, and a second one 24 hours before your appointment. If you’ve received a text about your appointment tomorrow it’s too late to reschedule/cancel and you will forfeit your deposit. You may reschedule once. A second reschedule will require an additional deposit.
Restrictions -
No faces.
No fingers.
No male groin area.
No coverups / reworks of other artists designs.
No racist or offensive subject matter.
16 and 17 year olds with parental supervision (they must stay the entire appointment!)
Shop -
Do not bring children under the age of 12! You will be rescheduled and your deposit forfeited. No exceptions!
Do not arrive more than 10 minutes before your appointment.
Do not arrive more than 10 minutes late without notifying me.
Do not bring more than 1 person with you.
Come showered and clean to your appointment.
Moisturize and exfoliate regularly prior to your appointment.
Hydrate, Hydrate, Hydrate!
Tips are appreciated but never expected, they don’t even need to be monetary.
Wear loose fitting dark clothes as there is the potential that ink can get on your clothing.
I reserve the right to refuse service.

Please do not contact me through any of my personal profiles or accounts to book a tattoo.
Deposits
A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to book an appointment.
For full-day sessions, the deposit is $100.
Deposits are transferable to a new date if you provide at least 48 hours' notice and I have not yet sent your design.
The only situation where a deposit will be refunded is if I cancel your appointment.
Artwork
I create all of my own original designs.
I begin drawing designs the week of your appointment.
If you want a fully shaded, completed design before or during the appointment (beyond just a stencil), an additional drawing fee will apply.
Design delivery & revisions:
You’ll receive your design at least 12 hours before your appointment.
Revisions are welcome! However, excessive revisions and complete redraws will incur an additional $50 fee.
I do not begin drawing until a deposit is paid and an appointment is confirmed. if a deposit is waived for any reason drawing will not be done until the appointment and it will be billed.
Providing a clear description of your idea and researching my style beforehand is important to avoid miscommunication.
⚠️ I will not copy another artist’s work, even with permission. I take pride in creating custom art through my own process.
Pricing & Payment Info
My hourly rate is $100/hr, and this is also my minimum charge. Here’s a breakdown of how costs are calculated:
Hourly Rate: $100/hr
Minimum charge: $100 (for small tattoos or designs that take less than an hour)
Drawing at Appointment: If I haven’t received your deposit and therefore the tattoo must be drawn at the time of your appointment, that time will be billable. If there are any design changes made during the appointment, this will be billable time.
Late Arrivals:
Please arrive no earlier than 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late without notifying me in advance, it will be considered a no-show, and you will lose your deposit.
If you're late, the clock will start at the scheduled appointment time, and you will be charged for the full time from there, including any time spent adjusting your design or getting started.
Restrictions
I do not tattoo anyone under 18, even with parental consent.
You must bring valid government-issued ID to your appointment.
I will not tattoo anyone who appears to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
I do not tattoo hands, faces, or necks.
Unfit for Tattoo Policy
Your safety and well-being are my top priority, and I want to ensure a positive and clean experience for everyone. If any of the following apply to you upon arrival, your appointment will be canceled, and you will lose your deposit:
Illness: If you are feeling unwell (cold, flu, fever, etc.), please reschedule. I cannot tattoo anyone who is sick for your safety and mine.
Medications: If you're on medication that affects your ability to receive a tattoo (such as blood thinners, Accutane, etc), please notify me in advance. If you arrive and I deem it unsafe, your appointment will be rescheduled, and you will lose your deposit.
Vulgar or Inappropriate Behavior: Any inappropriate or disrespectful behavior towards me, my team, or others will not be tolerated. If this happens, your appointment will be canceled, and you will forfeit your deposit.
Companions Under 12: To maintain a focused and comfortable environment, children under 12 are not permitted to accompany you to your appointment. If you arrive with a child under 12, your appointment will be rescheduled.
Under the Influence: If you appear intoxicated or under the influence of drugs, alcohol, or any other substances, I will not tattoo you. Your appointment will be canceled, and your deposit will be forfeited.
Hygiene: Hygiene is extremely important when getting a tattoo. If you arrive unclean, unkempt, or without proper preparation (e.g., clean skin, no strong odors), I will not proceed with your tattoo. I must maintain a clean environment for everyone's safety, and failure to meet these basic hygiene standards will result in a cancellation of your appointment and loss of your deposit.
Privacy Policy
I value your privacy and respect the trust you place in me as your tattoo artist. Here’s how I approach privacy:
Confidentiality: I will never share personal information, appointment details, or anything discussed during our sessions with anyone. Your privacy is important to me, and I want you to feel comfortable during your time in the studio.
Photos: I do not post photos of your tattoo or session the same day as your appointment. When I do share photos of completed tattoos, I will make an effort to hide identifying details (such as faces, logos on uniforms, etc.) unless you give me explicit permission to do otherwise.
Respect for My Privacy: In return, I ask that my privacy be respected as well. This includes:
Personal information about me or anything shared outside of our tattoo work.
Our door code and any details about my studio.
I do not welcome clients to the studio outside of scheduled appointments. If you would like to visit or discuss anything in person, please contact me first, and we can arrange a time.
I operate in a private studio with the goal of providing a quiet, focused, and professional environment, and I kindly ask that this privacy be honored by everyone.

Yes! Consultations can be done via email, phone, or in person. It’s a great way to go over your ideas and discuss the design before booking your appointment.

You can bring one guest, but I encourage a quiet and focused environment. No children under 12 are allowed in the studio.

I’ll provide you with detailed aftercare instructions. Generally, you should keep the tattoo clean, moisturized, and out of direct sunlight. Avoid soaking in water (baths, pools) until fully healed.

Healing time typically takes 2-4 weeks. After that, the tattoo may look healed, but it’s still important to care for it during the full healing process.
